Symmetry between internal and external RedRod reference elements ensures that the iso pH is the same as the zero pH, providing highly reproducible results and a fast, accurate response, even in samples with fluctuating temperatures. RedRod technology also provides a stable signal by protecting the reference elements from light interference, and the saturated KCl salt-bridge aids in creating a stable liquid junction potential.
RedRod encapsulation of reference elements means no silver ions and less risk of clogged junctions. It also enables accurate measurements over a broader temperature range than standard electrodes.
